1. Who is responsible

the VIGUI website is operated by VIGUI (Rafael André Glaziou Etelvino, tax number 241028906). For any question about personal data, write tovigui.equipa@outlook.pt.

2. What we collect

This site uses no cookies and no tracking of any kind — no analytics, no profiling, no advertising.

The only personal data we receive is what you send voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, subject and message.

3. Why we use it

Solely to answer your request and follow up on the resulting conversation (pre-contractual steps — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use the data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The processors listed in section 5 handle it only on our behalf, to deliver your message.

4. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to answer and follow up. Correspondence without follow-up is deleted periodically.

5. Who processes it

Form delivery is processed by FormSubmit (a form-forwarding service based in the United States), which receives the content of your message and forwards it to our inbox. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both act solely as processors to deliver your message, and the transfer to the United States relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by writing to vigui.equipa@outlook.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
